French Luncheon for Foundation

On Sunday 2nd Feb. 2009 we enjoyed a superb French Luncheon hosted by Kieran O'Connor. There were about sixty people at the lunch which was to raise funds for Foundation. In keeping with our efforts to be more "Green" and environmentally friendly, we arrived chez Kieran by bus where champagne and canapes awaited.

Kieran's culinary expertise was manifested in the most delicious manner. A talk on French cuisine by noted francophile Mary Crotty capped an exceptional afternoon. to all involved - all I can say is "Chapeau!!!" - a traditional French salute , meaning something like "Hats Off!"
