This started as a means for us to get to know each other - each member would have the opportunity to talk about his or her hobby/ interests. After a while it developed - each member had the opportunity to invite a Guest Speaker to give a small input , take questions.

It has proved to be very educational for all of us - we have learned about NGOs in Africa, about careers, about unusual hobbies, about motivation, about all sorts of things and in so doing we learn about each other.
